Winter Rates: $100 per night (January 1 - March 31)
Summer Rates: ​25% discount offered (April 1 - December 31)
Pet fee is $50 per reservation


50% rent deposit due at time of reservation; rent deposit applied to rent. $200 cash security deposit upon arrival; security deposit fully refundable at departure. No refunds of either rent or rent deposit, except under emergency circumstances and to the extent the reservation can be rebooked.  Please call in case of emergency.
